Terms & Conditions

Registration is required two weeks in advance of the start date of the course and will be considered on a first come, first served basis. However, there are occasions when we can accept late registrations. If you would like to register for a course after the deadline, please contact us directly for availability. Registrations may be submitted via our website. Your registration is complete upon receipt of confirmation from us. You will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail.

Cancellation, Substitutions and Postponement Policy

Cancellations without penalty must be made within 15 days prior to commencement of the course to receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $250 administration fee. Cancellations may be submitted by e-mail and are considered accepted upon confirmation from us. Cancellations received on or after the 15 day period, as well as registrants failing to attend the course without prior notice (No-Show), will be liable for the full registration fee.

Substitution requests must be received in writing, must be addressed to the registration office, and must include the names of the original and the substitute registrants.

In the case of unforeseen events, Nexus Global reserves the right to cancel a course. Nexus Global will, if possible, provide notice of any such cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start of the course. Every effort will be made to contact all registrants at the contact details provided on their registration form. Where possible, an alternative set of dates will be offered. If Nexus Global cancels a course, 100% of the course registration fee will be refunded, but we will not be responsible for travel and/or hotel accommodations or other costs incurred by registrants. No liability is assumed by Nexus Global or changes in program date, content, speakers or venue.

Payment Terms

Upon submitting the completed registration form, full payment is required. Nexus Global reserves the right to refuse admission to the training if payment has not been made. All discounts must be paid in full at the time of order. It is Nexus Global's policy that all training be paid for in advance of the training event, by wire, company check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express).
